We are happy to offer wedding / event design as a standalone service for those WCE clients that planned their own event, however, love the Winner Circle Events aesthetic. This would include us to design the decor and environment for your event. Also, we would provide a WCE Day of Stylist to attend the day of the event, whose sole focus is to ensure every aspect of your day is what you envisioned by carefully curating styled vignettes such as wedding accessories, bouquet/boutonnière, decor, stationary, and many other details. We understand that you are investing a significant amount of money in the many details of your event, and our services ensure that each of the elements are properly staged and photographed.

In addition to our wedding services, we are often called upon to plan bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, corporate celebrations and galas, birthdays, and yes, even children's parties! We would be happy to sit down with you to discuss your needs and provide a custom quote for our services.
Don't think of us as "wedding planners" - think of us as your event specialist. We love corporate events! We have planned product launch parties, corporate picnics, conferences, trade shows, exclusive company dinners and beyond.
A complete wedding checklist that starts from your engagement to the week after the wedding date with email reminders for important due dates that are emailed or you can subscribe to your wedding planner calendar on your phone.
Create important appointments such as venue tours, catering tastings, cake tasting, etc. A separate calendar to manage all things wedding.
Breaking down your entire wedding day into an organized timeline that designates tasks to your suppliers and team helps to keep everything on track when the big day finally arrives. The more detailed you can make the plan, the better. Once complete, then you can export the timeline to a PDF you can send / print and give to suppliers and wedding party.
Who doesn’t love Pinterest? Well, Aisle Planner you can search for visual inspiration from galleries & editorials, or upload and save your own and export and share with your suppliers. Your suppliers will thank you if it’s from Aisle Planner since it’s more organized and easier to view.
Why have your guest lists in a GoogleDoc or an Excel spreadsheet when you can manage guests lists, make notes, even the ability to send messages and request RSVPs from your guests via email which auto-updates your attendance list.
Layout & Seating
Again, everything is in one software. You’re not creating another document in another software. You have the ability to draw or upload your venue floor plan & drag and drop guests into seats once they confirm their attendance. This way you don’t have to rewrite the crazy Aunt Betty on a label or redo the entire seating chart you wrote out. It can easily be edited and changed at a drag and click of a button.
How nice would it be to store all of your suppliers and vendors in one place? To be able to assign tasks to them on the Timeline and print out an entire supplier and vendor list to have on hand the day of the wedding for emergencies? Not to mention, the ability to ask for new vendor recommendations in the Winner Circle Community Facebook Group and add them here.
This is a Wedding Planners FAVORITE TOOL! I would say this is the most important tool in the software too. It has the ability to self adjust your budget to show you how best to allocate your budget across all of your wedding vendors and costs. For example: the budget that was originally allocated for Florals was $8,000 but the actual bill was for $7,500. The budget tool will show the difference and self adjust so you can see where the $500 not spent could be spent on another item.
